If there are defects in the purchased product, please notify us by email at email@example.com.
To expedite processing of your request, please include in the body of your email:
- brief description of the defect
- the circumstances (including the date) in which the defect occurred
- customer details or order number of the defective product
- customer’s request in relation to a defective product
Applications are usually processed within 5 days, but no longer than 14 days.
