Complaints

Goods purchased from our store are subject to warranty.

If there are defects in the purchased product, please notify us by email at info@winshop.pl.

To expedite processing of your request, please include in the body of your email:

  • brief description of the defect
  • the circumstances (including the date) in which the defect occurred
  • customer details or order number of the defective product
  • customer’s request in relation to a defective product

Applications are usually processed within 5 days, but no longer than 14 days.
