Complaints

Goods purchased in our store are subject to warranty.

If there are any defects in the purchased product, please notify us by email at info@winshop.pl.

In order to speed up the processing of your application, please include:

  • brief description of the defect
  • circumstances (including date) of the defect
  • customer details or order number containing the defective product
  • Customer requests for a defective product

Applications are usually considered within 5 days, but not longer than 14 days.
