Newsletter Regulations

  1. Newsletter service related to the operation of WinShop online shop available at www.winshop.pl is provided by Adrian Chmiała running business activity under the name of CSC Adrian Chmiała (ul. Klemensa Matusiaka 9/5, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała) registered in the Central Records and Information on Business Activity maintained by the minister responsible for economy, NIP 5472159147, REGON 363927840, which is the Service Provider within the meaning of the Act on Rendering Electronic Services.
  2. The Newsletter service consists of receiving by Customers who provided the Service Provider with their email address commercial information regarding the products and services of the Seller, including information about the assortment of the Online Store, promotions, discounts and marketing actions.
  3. The Newsletter service is provided free of charge.
  4. To use the Newsletter it is necessary to have:
    a) a terminal device such as a desktop computer, notebook, tablet, smartphone with access to the Internet and a web browser,
    b) an active electronic mail (e-mail) account.
  5. Subscription to the Newsletter service requires that the Customer expressly wishes to receive the Newsletter by performing the actions indicated in the Online Store.
  6. The Service Provider will include the email address provided by the Client in the mailing base and will use this address exclusively for the Newsletter service.
  7. The Newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period of time.
  8. The Customer may unsubscribe and resign from the Newsletter service at any time and without giving any reason. In order to resign, one should:
    a) send to the Service Provider at the email address info@winshop.pl information about the intention to opt-out
    b) click on the link at the bottom of the email message containing the Newsletter marked as appropriate to resign from the service.
  9. Upon receipt of the Client's request (referred to in paragraph 8 above) the Service Provider will remove the Client's email address from the mailing database.
  10. The Service Provider may discontinue the Newsletter service at any time. The Service Provider shall notify the Client at least one week in advance of its intention to discontinue the Newsletter service by sending an appropriate message to the Client's email address relevant for the provision of this service. The Service Provider may also temporarily discontinue the Newsletter service, in particular for technical reasons.
  11. Clients in the use of the Newsletter, which is a service provided electronically, are absolutely prohibited from introducing or providing content of an unlawful nature.
  12. The Client may notify the Service Provider of any defects in the Newsletter service by filing a complaint regarding the services provided electronically. Complaints should be submitted electronically using the email address: info@winshop.pl.
  13. In the complaint, the Client should provide: name and surname, mailing address, type and date of the reason for the complaint. A response to the complaint will be provided:
    a) within 14 days - in the case of a complaint filed by a Consumer
    b) within 30 days - in the case of a complaint filed by a Buyer who is not a Consumer
